Taste Note A direct press of Procanico, Malvasia Toscana, Verdello and Drupeggio from forty five year old vines planted over sandy loam in Orvieto. The wine was bottled young and full of energy after a short passage in vat and carries a slight spritz and flavours of minerals, sea salt and lime.
