Peach pink colour, dry yet fruity and direct : A beautiful shade of peach, the delicate bubbles carry varietal notes of apple, pear and minerals. On the palate, the wine is quite dry, crisp and juicy with subtle effervescence and a fine structure.

This wonderful Rosé Pet Nat is made in the ancestral method (Second fermentation in the bottle), nothing added nothing removed, un-fined, unfiltered, no added sulphur.
