Taste Note  Alex Götze and Christoph Wolber met whilst studying in Burgundy. And you taste that in any of their wines. Wasenhaus has taken german winemaking from Baden to a different level and is making some exceptional Weissburgunder and Pinot Noirs, that we just cannot get enough of. 

The Pinot Blanc grapes come from various plots around the volcanic soils of the 'Kaiserstuhl' and sandy loess soils from Staufen. Aged in used Burgundian barrels the wine develops a rich depth and beautiful butteriness. This is a wine for any Burgundy lover and ones that like the finer things in life.
