A full and exciting Rosé with structure, unripe strawberry and grapefruit aromas and a green vine tomato nose. Rich and rounded. Micro Granite. Hand harvested, cold maceration for 4 hours, long fermentation in cellar in fibreglass for 2 to 3 weeks. Blended with wine from 2016. Matured on lees. A little sulphur added when bottling.
